Empowering 800,000 Jordanian Youth for a Brighter Future

ACCET’s technical experts designed USAID’s flagship youth activity in Jordan, employing an innovative, cross-sectoral approach aligned with USAID’s Youth in Development Policy. This comprehensive program aimed to enhance career guidance, expand economic opportunities, and boost civic engagement for approximately 800,000 young people. By integrating multiple development aspects, ACCET demonstrated its ability to create large-scale, impactful programs that address complex challenges facing youth in developing nations.

Strengthening Moldova’s Digital Defenses

ACCET experts conducted a comprehensive Gap Analysis of Moldova’s National Cybersecurity Strategy, drafted a cutting-edge Cybersecurity Law based on the EU NIS Directive, and significantly enhanced the capabilities of CERT-GOV-MD. This multi-faceted approach bolstered the country’s digital defenses against cyber threats, aligning Moldova with EU standards and improving its overall cybersecurity posture. This project demonstrates ACCET’s ability to deliver comprehensive cybersecurity solutions that encompass strategy, legislation, and operational capabilities.

Fostering Unity and Accountability in Kyrgyzstan

ACCET experts led an international assessment mission in Kyrgyzstan, focusing on political demand for greater accountability at national and local levels. Simultaneously, our team successfully supported efforts to promote social cohesion among various ethnic groups. This dual approach contributed to a more stable and inclusive society, showcasing ACCET’s ability to address complex governance issues while fostering unity in diverse communities.

Dr. Dwaine Lee leads our Global Programs with over 25 years of senior-level expertise in international development. Previously, Dr. Lee was a career foreign service officer with USAID, where he managed multi-million dollar programs across Africa, the Middle East, and Eurasia. He specializes in education, youth, countering violent extremism, and promoting democratic governance.
